Zombieland was a surprise hit when it was released last year. I mean, I can't blame the studio for being a little iffy about putting a major marketing campaign behind it.
Bankable. Action. Hero.
Luckily, they did, and it worked out.The film tells the story of a group of survivors of a zombpocalyspe (original, I know), as well as the burgeoning romance between two of the characters. This is a gross over-simplification of the plot. Well, not a gross over-simplification... Anyways, the movie's charm is not in the story, but in the interesting ways that the film deals with certain things, such as overt comedy during intensely sinister and gory moments.
Terrifying. And hilarious.
It would behoove you to see this movie if you haven't already.Best Part:
